Equestrian services
Appointment requests, provider replies and payment stay in Camp Equestrian. Direct contact details unlock after the appointment is paid so the client and provider can coordinate the work.
Horse marketplace
Initial inquiries and seller replies stay protected. When a seller accepts an agreement, the buyer completes the supported Camp Equestrian deposit step before direct contact details unlock for inspection and transport coordination.
Tack Shop
Orders and payment must use Camp Equestrian checkout. Merchants manage fulfillment, tracking and supported refunds from the Tack Shop workspace.
Photos and media
Marketplace images may not be used to share phone numbers, email addresses, URLs, social handles, QR codes or off-platform payment instructions. Camp Equestrian may remove media or restrict marketplace access when images are used to route transactions around the platform.
Why this matters
Off-platform transactions remove the Camp Equestrian transaction record and support context. Attempts to bypass marketplace fees may be reviewed by Camp Equestrian administration and can result in marketplace access being restricted.
